Meet Behaviorshorty

What’s up, guys! I’m Carolyn, better known as Behaviorshorty. I’m a proud New Englander with over a decade in Applied Behavior Analysis and have been a BCBA since 2015. In 2022, I launched Behaviorshorty to share compassionate, values-driven ABA and show how it connects to everyday life.
I have worked across clinics, homes, schools, communities, and now support adults in residential, day program, and vocational training settings as a qualified DDS provider in Connecticut. My approach is grounded in neurodivergent-affirming, compassionate, and trauma-informed care, with an emphasis on values-driven supervision. Since starting Behaviorshorty, I have helped many aspiring BCBAs pass their exam. Many of my former supervisees are now thriving in the field and some have even started their own businesses.
Outside of work, you will find me putting on performances with my nieces, road-tripping with friends, exploring new places on solo travel, cooking in the kitchen, or creating a dance floor wherever I go.
